60 minute 1:1 session via phone or video chat to discuss follow-up client concerns
For clients that have already completed initial consultations and have new health data (diagnoses, blood work, testing, etc.) or additional concerns regarding their health action plan that requires in-depth discussion or 1:1 guidance.
Post-session notes with suggested interventions, plan, and supplements will be provided within 24-48 hrs of session.

***Once payment is submitted, an email will be sent to the client with instructions for next steps. Please complete and return all client forms/questionnaires no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. This email will also contain a calendar link to schedule their consultation.
